You don't have to go through it alone.

Hi, I’m Kasey (she/her). I’m a person-centred counsellor based in Ellesmere Port, and I genuinely love what I do.
Like you, I’ve experienced how challenging life’s pressures can be, and I know how important it is to find the right person to talk to. I understand how much courage it can take to be here and to begin reaching out for support.
I began my journey towards becoming a counsellor over ten years ago, with a strong sense from an early age that I wanted to work in a role centred around emotional support. Along the way, each step has only reinforced that this is exactly where I’m meant to be. I feel incredibly honoured to be even a small part of someone’s journey towards reconnecting with themselves and creating positive change.
When I’m not counselling, you’ll most likely find me curled up with a good book, listening to a comedy podcast, or heading out for a long walk.

As a person-centred counsellor, sessions with me are relaxed (a cup of tea in hand is pretty much essential) - and I bring my full, authentic self into the work I do.
I offer a calming space where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind. I will listen and support without judgment and without trying to 'fix' you.

You are in control of what you share and the pace we work at. My role is to support you with warmth, honesty, and understanding, so you can make sense of your feelings and find your own way forward.
I believe that when you feel truly heard and accepted, exactly as you are - meaningful change can happen.
I may be a counsellor, but above all, I’m human. I’m not perfect, and I won’t pretend that I have all the answers. What I am passionate about is working collaboratively, supporting clients to understand themselves better and move towards meeting their own needs in a way that feels right for them.
I am also a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Profession.
